Ingredients

🥦 1 cup broccoli florets

🧂 Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
Directions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the Vegetables: In a mixing bowl, toss sweet potatoes and broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread them on a lined baking sheet.
Prepare the Chicken: Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place it on the baking sheet alongside the veggies.
Bake: Roast everything in the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping the vegetables halfway through. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Assemble the Bowl: Slice the roasted chicken and arrange it in a bowl with the sweet potato and broccoli.
