Chewy & Nutritious Date and Walnut Snack Bars π°π―
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- Β½ cup walnuts
- Β½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Β½ tsp cinnamon
- ΒΌ tsp salt
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend dates and walnuts until sticky.
2. Add oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until well combined.
3. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined dish and smooth the top.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Slice into bars and enjoy!
