Olive Garden Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, grilled and sliced
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
In a pan, heat cream over medium heat. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan until melted.
Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce. Add steak slices.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
