🍝🇮🇹 Trofie al Pesto
Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) trofie pasta
3.5 oz (100 g) fresh basil leaves
1.7 oz (50 g) pine nuts
1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
🌿 Blend basil, pine nuts, garlic and Parmesan into a pesto. Slowly add olive oil until creamy.
🍝 Cook pasta until al dente.
🥄 Mix pasta with pesto, season with salt and pepper.
🧀✨ Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
