🥣 Zuppa Toscana (Quick Version)
Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups potatoes, sliced
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook bacon in a large pot, set aside.
Brown sausage in the same pot, set aside.
Sauté onion & garlic in remaining fat.
Add potatoes & broth, simmer 15–20 mins.
Add kale, sausage, bacon, simmer 5 mins.
Stir in cream, season, and serve.
