Scallops in a creamy wine sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and cheese, then baked in their shells. A festive French starter πŸšπŸ§„βœ¨.

Ingredients:
β€’ 12 scallops
β€’ 2 tbsp butter
β€’ 1 shallot, chopped
β€’ 100 ml white wine
β€’ 150 ml cream
β€’ 50 g breadcrumbs
‒ 50 g Gruyère cheese, grated
β€’ Parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ SautΓ© shallot in butter, add scallops and wine. Cook briefly.
2️⃣ Stir in cream and simmer 2 min.
3️⃣ Place scallops in shells, top with sauce.
4️⃣ Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese.
5️⃣ Bake at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 8–10 min until golden. 🌊
