🍝 Pasta alla Genovese

A hearty Pasta alla Genovese, rich with beef, onions, and slow-cooked flavors, a Neapolitan classic.

Ingredients:
Spaghetti: 12 oz (340 g)
Beef chuck: 1 lb (450 g), cut into cubes
Onions: 4 large, thinly sliced
Olive oil: 3 tbsp (45 ml)
White wine: ½ cup (120 ml)
Parmesan cheese: to serve
Salt & pepper: to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ • Heat olive oil in a pot, add beef, and brown on all sides.
2️⃣ • Add onions, cook slowly until caramelized.
3️⃣ • Pour in white wine, let it evaporate.
4️⃣ • Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours until beef is tender.
5️⃣ • Boil spaghetti until al dente, drain.
6️⃣ • Toss pasta with the onion-beef sauce.
7️⃣ • Serve hot with Parmesan cheese on top.
