Blueberry Delight (No-Bake Dessert)

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup melted butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the Fruit Layer:
• 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
For the Topping:
• 8 oz whipped topping (additional)
• Crushed graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:
• In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
• Press into the bottom of a 9x9 or 9x13 dish. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
• In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
• Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until creamy.
• Fold in whipped topping and mix until combined.
• Spread over the chilled crust.
3. Add Blueberry Layer:
• Carefully spread the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
4. Add Final Whipped Topping:
• Spread additional whipped topping over the top.
• Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs if desired.
5. Chill:
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
