Seafood Bisque with Crab, Shrimp, and Lobster π¦π€
Rich, creamy soup packed with premium seafood.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1/2 lb lobster meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
- SautΓ© onion in butter.
- Add brandy and flambΓ© (optional).
- Stir in stock and tomato paste.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Add seafood and cream.
- Heat through (don't boil).
- Season to taste.
