German Chocolate Cheesecake with Espresso Caramel Swirl
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups Oreo crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) cream cheese
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
- ½ cup caramel
- 1 tsp instant espresso
- ½ cup coconut
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Bake crust at 325°F for 10 mins.
2. Mix filling, pour into crust. Bake 55 mins.
3. Mix caramel and espresso, drizzle over top with coconut and pecans.
