Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sriracha (optional for extra heat)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Soft-boiled eggs, for serving
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions:

1. In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced chicken with smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
6. For extra heat, stir in the sriracha.
7. Add the cooked ramen noodles and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
8. Serve with soft-boiled eggs on top, and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
