Rewena Bread (Maori Potato Sourdough Bread)
A slightly sweet and soft bread, perfect to accompany a meal.

Ingredients:
1 cup of mashed potatoes
1 cup of warm water
3 cups of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 packet of dry yeast
Preparation:
Mix the mashed potatoes with the water and let sit for a few hours.
Add the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Knead until you have a soft dough.
Let rise for 1h30 at room temperature.
