Directions:
Prep the foil: Tear a large sheet of heavy-duty foil and lay it flat.

Assemble: Place asparagus in the center, drizzle with oil or butter, and sprinkle with garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.

Seal it up: Fold the foil over the asparagus and crimp edges to form a sealed packet.

Grill: Place foil packet on a hot grill (medium-high heat) and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway.

Unwrap & top: Carefully open foil (watch out for steam) and top with Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired.
