π Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or strip steaks (1β1.5 inch thick)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed

Β½ cup mayo
Β½ cup shredded mozzarella
ΒΌ cup shredded Parmesan

2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed

For the Broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Rub clean potatoes with oil and salt. Bake at 400Β°F for 45β60 min until crispy outside and fluffy inside. Slice open, fluff with fork, and top with butter, cheddar, sour cream, bacon, and green onion.
2. Make the Crusted Topping:
Mix mayo, cheeses, mustard, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Chill until ready to use.
3. Sear the Steaks:
Season steaks generously with salt & pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2β3 min per side until crusty. Add butter, garlic, and herbs and baste for 1β2 more minutes. Cook to desired doneness (med-rare: 130Β°F).
4. Broil That Cheese:
