Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops with Veggies & Cheesy Corn Grits
Ingredients:
Lamb chops
Bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, baby potatoes
Garlic, rosemary, thyme
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Cooked corn grits
Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Marinate lamb chops with garlic, rosemary, thyme, oil, salt & pepper.
2. Roast lamb and vegetables at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 mins.
3. Stir cheese into hot cooked corn grits until creamy.
4. Plate lamb, veggies, and cheesy grits together. Serve hot!
