Ingredients:
(Makes 12 mini cheesecakes — standard muffin tin)

For the Crust:
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos or chocolate graham crackers)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 3 fun-size bars)

For Topping:
- Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Chocolate sauce or ganache
- Extra chopped Snickers or crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: Prep the Crust
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
3. Press 1–2 tbsp of the mixture firmly into the bottom of each liner.
4. Bake for 5 minutes, then let cool.

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
