Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles πŸ˜‹πŸ’š

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup real beef bacon bits
6 large dill pickles, halved lengthwise and cored

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and beef bacon bits until well combined.

Cut the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out a bit of the center using a small spoon to create a β€œboat” for the filling. Pat the insides dry with a paper towel to reduce excess moisture.

Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each pickle half, spreading it evenly.

Preheat your air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).

Air fry for 6–8 minutes until the tops are golden and bubbly. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Tips:
Use paper towels to pat the pickles dry before stuffing for a better texture.
Add a sprinkle of extra cheddar on top before air frying for a crispy, cheesy finish.
