Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work great)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Pickle slices for topping (optional, for burger vibes)
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk and cream, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Add cheddar, parmesan, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted and creamy.
Add cooked pasta, beef, and half the bacon to the sauce. Mix until fully coated.
Top with remaining bacon and garnish with parsley or pickle slices if desired. Serve warm.
