🇫🇷 Fraisier (Strawberry Cream Cake)
📝 Ingredients:
• Eggs: 4
• Sugar: 120 g
• Flour: 120 g
• Baking powder: 1 tsp
• Whipping cream: 300 ml
• Mascarpone: 200 g
• Strawberries: 300 g
• Powdered sugar: for dusting
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Fold in flour and baking powder.
2️⃣ Bake sponge at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 min. Cool and slice in half.
3️⃣ Whip cream with mascarpone until stiff.
4️⃣ Spread cream over one layer, add sliced strawberries.
5️⃣ Add top layer, more cream, and fresh strawberries. Dust with sugar.
