Chocolate Strawberry Banana Walnut Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:

π 2 ripe bananas, mashed
π 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

For the Chocolate Ganache:
π« Β½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
π₯ Β½ cup heavy cream
For Garnish:
π Fresh sliced strawberries
π° Toasted walnut pieces
π Powdered sugar
Directions:
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries and walnuts.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before assembling.
Make the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream until warm but not boiling. Pour over chopped dark chocolate.
Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake, letting it drizzle down the sides.
Garnish with fresh strawberry slices, toasted walnut pieces, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
