Yummy Grape Salad
Ingredients:
4 cups red seedless grapes
4 cups green seedless grapes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Optional: crushed graham crackers or granola for topping
Directions:
Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently fold until all grapes are coated.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, chopped pecans, and crushed graham crackers if using.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
