Irresistible Pecan Pie Bark
Ingredients:
1 sleeve (about 40) saltine crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and arrange the saltines in a single layer.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract (and cinnamon if using), then carefully pour the mixture evenly over the saltines.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Tips:
Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for a salted caramel twist.
