🧀 Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked broccoli, finely chopped
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
• Cooking spray or oil (for baking)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Mix Ingredients:
• In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
• Beat eggs and stir into the mixture until well combined.
3️⃣ Shape Balls:
• Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
• Place them evenly on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake:
• Spray the tops with a little cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.
