🇫🇷 Pissaladière (Caramelized Onion & Olive Tart)
📝 Ingredients:
• Puff pastry sheet: 1
• Yellow onions (thinly sliced): 3 large
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp
• Black olives (pitted): 12–15
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Fresh thyme: 1 tsp
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2️⃣ In a pan, sauté onions in olive oil over low heat for 20–30 min until golden.
3️⃣ Roll out puff pastry on a baking tray.
4️⃣ Spread caramelized onions evenly.
5️⃣ Add olives and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden.
