8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, cold
Optional: crushed graham crackers or cookies for layering
Extra lemon zest or whipped cream for topping
🍋 Instructions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream gently into the lemon cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
Assemble: Spoon into serving glasses. Add a layer of crushed graham crackers if desired.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish: Top with extra lemon zest, whipped cream, or a lemon slice.
