Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs 🧀🍔😋
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Cook the Beef Filling:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Form the Bombs:
Carefully pull the edges of the dough up around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Brush and Bake:
Brush each cheeseburger bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops.
Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve warm. Perfect with ketchup, ranch dressing, or even more garlic butter for dipping!
