Goulash Delight π²π₯©π
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef π₯©
1 medium onion, chopped π§
1 green bell pepper, chopped π«
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juices) π
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce π
1 cup beef broth π²
2 tsp paprika πΆοΈ
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional) π±
Salt and black pepper, to taste π§
1 cup elbow macaroni π
Sour cream, for serving π₯
Directions:
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until itβs cooked through. Donβt forget to drain excess grease if needed!
2. Toss in the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for about 3β5 minutes until those veggies are softened and fragrant.
3. Add in the diced tomatoes (with their juices), tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, and caraway seeds (if youβre using them). Season generously with salt and pepper. Bring this mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat and let it cook gently for 15β20 minutes so those flavors really deepen!
4. Time to stir in the elbow macaroni! Cover and let it cook for 8β10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Remember to stir occasionally to keep everything from sticking together.
5. Serve up the goulash in bowls, and donβt forget to top each serving with a generous dollop of sour cream for that creamy finish!
