1 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ cups sliced cremini or button mushrooms

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Steaks:

Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Sauté mushrooms until browned (6–8 minutes).
