ΒΌ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves πΏ
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp hot honey (adjust to your spice preference)
1 tsp lemon juice π
1 small clove garlic, minced
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Marinate & Grill the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken bites for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Crispy Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
In a bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20β25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
3. Make the Spicy Alfredo Sauce
While the chicken grills and potatoes roast, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
