🍪🍒 Cherry cookies with chocolate sparks: a sweetness with heart 🍒🍫
Crispy on the outside, soft inside ... And with that acid-dulce touch of the cherries that makes them unique!
📝 Ingredients:
• 280 g of wheat flour 🌾
• ½ cdita of sodium bicarbonate 🥄
• ½ salt cdita 🧂
• 170 g of butter (at room temperature) 🧈
• 200 g of white sugar + 100 g of brunette sugar 🍬
• 1 egg + 1 yolk 🥚
• 2 vanilla extract ties 🌼
• 150 g of chopped cherries (to the marrasquino or dry) 🍒
• 170 g of chocolate sparks 🍫

👨🍳 Magic instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and prepare your tray with parchment paper. 🔥
2️⃣ Mix the flour, bicarbonate and salt. Booking.
3️⃣ Bate butter + sugars until creamy.
4️⃣ Add the egg, yolk and vanilla. Mix well.
5️⃣ Incorporates the dry ingredients little by little.
6️⃣ Add cherries + chocolate sparks. Mix with spatula. 🍒🍫
7️⃣ Form balls and place them separate in the tray.
