🥗 Ingredients:
1 🥑 avocado, diced
1 cup 🌽 cooked corn
2 🥚 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
10 🍅 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 🧅 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup 🌿 chopped cilantro
2 tbsp 🫒 olive oil
1 tsp 🍋 lemon juice
🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
🥣 Instructions:
