Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sandwich:
β’ Spread the mashed avocado evenly over one slice of bread. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
β’ Layer with slices of fresh tomato and a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper.
β’ Top with mozzarella cheese slices, ensuring they cover the tomato and avocado completely. Add fresh basil leaves if desired for a pop of flavor.
2. Grill the Sandwich:
