Baked Chicken Caesar Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for a crispy top)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Stir until smooth.
Assemble & Bake: Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them completely. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. For an extra crunch, add the panko breadcrumbs.
Bake the Chicken: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for a Golden Top: If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end to create a lightly golden, crispy cheese layer.
Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side salad.
Enjoy!
