📝Ingredients (Serves 4):
**For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
**For the Garlic Bread:
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
**For the Horseradish Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
**Directions:
1. Prepare the Horseradish Cream: Mix sour cream and horseradish sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Bread: Brush bread slices with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Toast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden.
3. Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Assemble: Top each toasted bread slice with steak bites and a dollop of horseradish cream.
