Seared Garlic Butter Salmon Over Creamy Spinach Parmesan Linguine 🐟🍝

Juicy, flaky salmon seared in garlic butter pairs perfectly with a rich and creamy spinach parmesan linguine. This restaurant-quality dish is easy to make at home and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Salmon:

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Creamy Spinach Parmesan Linguine:

8 ounces linguine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and flaky.
Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, and spoon the melted butter over the salmon for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Spinach Sauce:

In the same pan, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add chopped spinach and stir until wilted.

4️⃣ Combine Pasta & Sauce:
Toss the cooked linguine into the creamy sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Stir well to coat.

5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Divide the creamy linguine onto plates and top each serving with a seared salmon fillet. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

6️⃣ Enjoy!
Serve immediately and savor this rich, buttery, and satisfying dish!
💡 Tips:

🔥 Extra Flavor: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon for brightness.
🧄 Garlic Lovers: Add extra minced garlic to the sauce for an extra garlicky kick!
🥓 Upgrade It: Crispy bacon bits in the sauce take this dish to another level!
