6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking bar, melted and cooled (follow package instructions for melting)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
