This Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich is a classic deli favorite! Made with tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and creamy Russian dressing on toasted rye bread, itβs the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
8 slices rye bread
1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
Β½ cup Russian dressing
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of rye bread. Place 4 slices, butter-side down, on a clean surface.
