Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 box spice cake mix (15.25 ounces)
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
- 1 bag chocolate chips (divided)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree until well blended.
3. Stir in about two-thirds of the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Press a few of the remaining chocolate chips on top of each cookie for garnish.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly firm to the touch.
7. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
