🍋 Whipped Pink Lemonade 🌸
Ingredients
• 60 ml heavy whipping cream (cold)
• 30 grams pink lemonade powder (like Country Time), divided
• 360 ml cold water
• Ice cubes (for serving)
• Optional: Edible glitter or lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
Chill Your Tools
For best results, place your mixing bowl and beaters (or whisk attachment) in the freezer for 10 minutes before starting. Cold tools = fluffier peaks.
Whip the Cream Layer
In your chilled bowl, combine 20 grams (about 2 tablespoons) of pink lemonade powder with the cold heavy cream. Whip on high speed using a hand mixer or stand mixer for 2–3 minutes, until stiff, glossy peaks form. Avoid over-whipping. Transfer to a separate bowl and refrigerate while you prep the base.
Prepare the Citrus Base
Divide the remaining 10 grams (1 tablespoon) of lemonade powder evenly between two tall glasses. Pour 180 ml (¾ cup) of cold water into each glass and stir until fully dissolved.
Build Your Drink
Fill each glass with ice cubes until about two-thirds full. This keeps the drink chilled and gives the whipped cream something to nestle into.
Top with Clouds
Spoon or pipe the chilled whipped pink cream generously over the ice in each glass, creating a fluffy dome. For extra flair, lightly dust with edible glitter or a sprinkle of lemon zest.
Serve & Sip
Provide spoons and straws! Encourage sippers to gently stir the whipped cream into the lemonade just before drinking for a creamy, dreamy gradient effect.
