🇮🇹 Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala is a classic Italian-American dish featuring pan-seared chicken breasts in a rich mushroom and Marsala wine sauce, often served with mashed potatoes or pasta.
Ingredients:
• Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• Mushrooms, sliced
• Marsala wine
• Chicken broth
• Flour
• Olive oil
• Butter
• Garlic, minced
• Fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ • Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden.
3️⃣ • Remove chicken and sauté mushrooms and garlic.
4️⃣ • Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer until reduced.
5️⃣ • Return chicken to pan and cook in the sauce until tender.
6️⃣ • Garnish with parsley and serve with potatoes or pasta.
