🥘 Crockpot Ham & Broccoli Cheddar Bake

🔹 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked ham, diced (leftover or store-bought)
3 cups frozen broccoli florets (or fresh, lightly steamed)
3 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes (or cooked cubed potatoes)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional topping: 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or seasoned breadcrumbs + 2 tbsp melted butter
🔹 Instructions:
1. Mix It All Together:
In a large bowl, stir together:
Diced ham
Broccoli
Hash browns
Cream of chicken soup
Sour cream
Milk
Garlic & onion powder
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese
2. Slow Cook:
Lightly grease your slow cooker insert.
Pour the mixture in and spread evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or until hot and bubbly and potatoes are tender.
3. Add Cheese & Optional Crunch:
About 15–20 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
Optional: mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top before serving (for a baked casserole-style crunch).
