π₯ Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Up π¬
π Ingredients (Makes 3 Servings)
10 slices sandwich bread
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon (divided)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
Β½ tsp ground cinnamon
Β½ tsp vanilla extract

Flatten the Bread
Using a rolling pin, gently roll each slice of bread to flatten it slightly. Trim off the crusts with a knife or kitchen shears for a smoother roll.
Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Butter
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon until well combined.
Spread & Roll
Spread the cinnamon-sugar butter evenly over each flattened bread slice. Starting from one end, tightly roll up each slice like a jelly roll. Place seam-side down on a plate.
Make the Egg Mixture
In a shallow dish or bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Β½ teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Dip & Cook
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter the surface. Dip each rolled-up bread piece into the egg mixture, coating all sides. Place in the skillet and cook for about 2β3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
Serve Warm
Transfer to serving plates. Serve immediately while warmβgreat with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
