Classic Beef and Noodles with Country Gravy
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 8 oz egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dry onion soup mix.
4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it cook for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
5. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
6. Serve the beef and gravy over the cooked egg noodles and enjoy!
