Chicken Alfredo Stuffed French Bread
Ready in 35 minutes | Serves 4–6
Ingredients:
1 large French bread loaf
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1½ cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center slightly.
In a bowl, mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the hollowed bread halves.
Place filled bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
