Blueberry Pancakes & Chocolate Chip Chaffles 🫐🍫✨
Ingredients:
4 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
2 oz softened cream cheese
3 tbsp sweetener
Chocolate chips (for chaffles)
Blueberries (for pancakes)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together except the chips and berries.
Spray your Dash mini maker with nonstick spray.
Pour about 1/4 of the mixture into the Dash, then add chocolate chips or blueberries on top.
Cook for 4 minutes.
For variety:
Use a flat iron Dash for the blueberry pancakes.
Use a waffle Dash for the chocolate chip chaffles.
Tip: If you like extra blueberries in your pancakes, substitute 1 tbsp almond flour with 1 tbsp coconut flour for a better texture!
