1. Bake the Cake Layers:
β’ Preheat to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Grease and line three 8" or 9" pans.
β’ Combine dry ingredients.
β’ In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients. Combine, then add hot coffee last.
β’ Mix until smooth. Divide into pans.
β’ Bake for 28β32 minutes. Cool completely.
2. Make the Fudge Frosting:
β’ Beat butter till fluffy. Add melted chocolate, mix.
β’ Slowly add powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spreadable.
3. Stack and Frost:
