Summer in a scoop!

If you’ve got some juicy watermelon sitting in your fridge, turn it into the easiest and most refreshing sorbet ever!

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

2–3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice

Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for extra flavor

Add the frozen watermelon cubes to a food processor or high-speed blender.

Add the honey and lime juice.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer sorbet.

Scoop, garnish with mint if desired, and enjoy!
