SUMMER PASTA SALAD!
12 oz dry Rotini pasta
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups mini cucumbers
1 cup red bell peppers
1 cup orange bell peppers
1 cup yellow bell peppers
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh minced basil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
