🇫🇷 French Poulet Rôti (Roast Chicken)
Crispy-skinned roast chicken seasoned with herbs and served with golden potatoes.
Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken
• 2 tablespoons herbs de Provence
• 2 potatoes, quartered
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Rub chicken with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Place in a roasting dish with potatoes and garlic.
4. Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes or until golden and juices run clear.
5. Rest for 10 minutes, then carve and serve with roasted potatoes.
