Crockpot Angel Chicken
Creamy, comforting, and incredibly easy—this slow cooker dish is a family favorite!

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks or left whole)
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 lb angel hair pasta (cooked and drained)

Instructions:
1. Prep the sauce:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
2. Add to crockpot:
Place chicken in the crockpot. Pour in the chicken broth and cover with the prepared sauce.
3. Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
4. Finish:
Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions. Shred or dice the chicken if not already cut, then stir it into the sauce. Serve over pasta.
